Oysters With Shallots & Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients: Oysters, shallots, sugar, red wine vinegar, fresh ground pepper.


1. Finely chop the shallots.
2. Mix 2 heaped teaspoons of sugar to 6 table spoons of red wine vinegar.
3. Mix the red wine vinegar mixture with the shallots, add a little pepper.
4. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
5. Open the Oysters, and spoon on the mixture .
6. Serve immediatedly !
