Ingredients: Oysters, Parmesan cheese, butter, double cream
1. Steam the Oysters until they open. 2. The oyster can be cooked in its shell which is placed on a baking tray. 3.Cover the Oyster lightly with melted butter. 4. Spoon some cream over each Oyster then sprinkle generously with cheese. 5. Place the dish under the grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until topping is slightly brown. 6. Serve immediatedly. (Remember the shells will be hot !) .
